The View From Above
The aerial looks down on residential blocks arranged around a long central green. A wide lawn runs through the middle of the frame with tree cover closing in on both sides, a children's play area set into a clearing near the centre, and footpaths threading between the planting. Towards the bottom of the frame a low building with a dark pitched roof sits beside a swimming pool and a paved forecourt. Along the right-hand edge a line of low blue-roofed structures runs the length of the site, with a service road beside them. An arterial road crosses the foreground carrying traffic in both directions, and beyond the rooftops at the top of the frame the land opens into fields and low scattered building.
The Tower Elevation
A single residential tower stands against a clear morning sky, photographed from below and slightly to one side. The balconies are curved at their outer corners and stack in a continuous vertical rhythm up the face, with glazing behind them and a darker recessed band running the full height where the building steps back. At the base, a colonnade of slim columns fronts a lit ground-floor lobby, and low planting and young trees run along a boundary wall in the foreground. The light is hard and the shadows are short.
The Clubhouse At Dusk
A low, wide pavilion is lit from the inside at blue hour, its glazing glowing warm against a deep sky. Deep flat eaves project over stone piers, upper terraces carry planting, and the interiors are visible through the glass. In front, a paved forecourt holds a narrow reflecting channel with a row of lit fountain jets, and a car stands at the entrance canopy. Mature trees frame the top corners of the frame, and the last of the sunset shows orange at the horizon on the left.
The Gardens
A curved path runs through mown lawn under mature trees, with a timber pergola along the left edge. An older couple walk the path towards the camera; further back, a small group sits on the grass and a child runs across it, and under the pergola people are seated at a table in the shade. Flowering ground cover and clipped shrubs edge the path. Residential buildings rise behind the tree line in the upper part of the frame, their balconies catching the light. It is late morning and the shade is dense.
The Avenue
A broad paved avenue runs between two buildings, planted along both sides with young trees in raised beds. Benches and seating clusters sit under the canopy, people are sitting and talking at the edges, and a woman walks up the avenue holding two children by the hand. The buildings step and curve above, with planting spilling from the balconies and a colonnade running along the ground floor on the left. The sun is low enough to throw long shadows across the paving.
The Shopping Street
Golden hour on a retail street. A colonnade of shopfronts runs away from the camera under a deep overhang, lit from within, with a clothing display visible in the nearest window and a cafe spilling tables and chairs onto the pavement. People are walking, carrying bags, sitting at the tables. Trees line the kerb on the left, the wet paving throws back the low sun, and residential buildings rise behind the retail frontage with the sky going amber between them.
The Corridor Itself
The place these scenes belong to is Whitefield-Hoskote Road in East Bengaluru - an arterial route running east from the Whitefield technology belt towards Hoskote, carrying commuter and freight traffic through a stretch of land that is still visibly in transition from farmland to city. That is the location Brigade has stated, and it is as precise as the record gets. No village, postal code or map pin is published here, because more than one is in circulation and they do not agree with one another.
What Is Established, And What Is Not
The land is real and paid for. Brigade Enterprises Limited disclosed to the stock exchanges that its subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Limited, acquired a 20.19-acre parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road in an outright purchase completed at ₹588.33 crore, announced on 21 July 2025 and following a definitive agreement of 3 January 2025. That is the whole site. The scheme is described as carrying potential of about 4.2 million sq ft across residential, commercial and retail, at a gross development value of about ₹5,200 crore - potential rather than committed area. The launch was guided to October to December 2026 on the earnings call of 14 August 2026.
What is not established is everything a picture might tempt a reader to count. There is no Karnataka RERA registration for this land and no pending application as at 16 September 2026, and therefore no registered land area, no tower count, no storey count, no unit count, no configuration list and no completion date. No number of that kind appears on this page, and none should be taken from an image on any page. Under the Karnataka rules the project cannot be advertised or sold until registration is granted, and you can check the position yourself at rera.karnataka.gov.in, searching both the project name and the promoter company Ananthay Properties Private Limited.

Brigade Granada FAQs
Is Brigade Granada the same as Brigade's development at Gunjur?
No. Brigade is assembling a separate 39-acre development at Gunjur in the Whitefield-Sarjapur corridor, with a gross development value of about ₹7,200 crore. That is a different parcel on a different road. The two have been confused in circulation, which is part of how inflated acreage figures came to be attached to this site.
Are there resident reviews of Brigade Granada?
No, and there cannot be. Nothing has been built and nobody lives there. What can be assessed is the developer's record, the state of the land and the legal position, and that assessment is on the reviews page.
Which registered projects compete with Brigade Granada?
On the same eastern corridor, Brigade Belvedere at Budigere Main Road was registered in March 2026, Sattva Songbird at Budigere Cross in March 2026 and Godrej Parkshire at Hoskote in January 2026. Brigade Cornerstone Utopia at Varthur was delivered in full by January 2026 and can be inspected today. Each of those can tell you its size, its unit count and its completion date because each had to file them.
What should I check before paying anything for Brigade Granada?
Confirm the registration on rera.karnataka.gov.in under both Brigade and Ananthay Properties Private Limited, check that the number you are given is a project registration rather than an agent registration, ask which legal entity would receive your money and under what document, ask for the sanctioned plan and approval references, get the area basis in writing, and do not pay a booking amount or token before a registration has been granted.
Will the facts on this Brigade Granada page change?
Very likely, and soon. The launch has been guided to the October to December 2026 window, and a registration would bring a filed size, a unit count, a storey count, registered areas, an approval trail and a completion date into existence at once. Everything here is stated as at 16 September 2026 and will be updated when the position moves.
Ask before you commit
Ask which registered project you are actually being offered, and check the register yourself at rera.karnataka.gov.in before you part with any money.
